First Meeting of Alumni Core Committee on 30 April 2017

First Meeting of Newly Elected GTC Core Committee was held on 30th April 2017 at Global Technical Campus. Many issues are discussed under presence of President Mr. Prashant Saxena, Secretory Mr. Mayank Tiwari, Treasurer Mr. Tapan V. Nahar, Mentor Mr. Raj Kumar Bhutara, Member Mr. Paras Arora, Member Mr. Manikant Sharama and Departmental Alumni Coordinator  Mr. Ajay Kumar Vishwakarma. Main Agenda and discussion of the meeting were:

• All the active alumnus who are not the part of CWC can join the meeting, more and more motivation will be needed to make the association more stronger.
• Creation of Alumni Helpline a number is to be circulated and in case of any emergency alumni can contact that helpline. A detailed guidelines will be issued later after compiling the database. 
• Creation of website www.alumni.gitjaipur.com. This project should be allotted to 4^th and 3^rd year student as a minor project.  
• Alumni Membership Charges & Collection of Fund for Alumni Events
• Active participation of GTCAA in Orientation program, Freshers Day, Graduation Day and Farewell.
• Conduction of Recruitment drive for final year students by Alumni Association. 
• Career Empowerment & upliftment of connected active alumni.
• A written constitution need to be developed for the rules, procedures and protocols need to be defined for the purpose of Elections/impeachment/Re-Election/Bye Election and duties and responsibilities of each CWC Member. Few amendments need to be done in the existing constitution in respect to newly constituted committee. In this regard, a separate committee need to be constituted which will work on this and submit there report in stipulated time.
• Education up gradation in institute by guest lectures on Current trends in industries and entrepreneurship by GTC AA.
• Separate room for alumni association in college campus, Seating of president, vice president and secretary in that room.
• Conduction of blood donation camp by GTCAA.
• Conduction of Competition exam lectures by alumni in college campus for Banking Sector, IAS, RAS , etc. 
• Industry oriented projects should be delivered to the students which can also be used by the students in their Project work for semesters.
• Conduction 6-8 event of alumni association at GTC.
